Earnings disclaimer

Last updated 6 October 2026

Any figures on this site about Joshua Berry, including his commission, ticket size and close rate, are his own results. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or a prediction of what you will earn.

Most people who buy any coaching, course or mentorship do not get the results its creator got. What you earn depends on things we do not control: the offer you close for, its ticket size and lead flow, the market, your skill, and how much work you put in. You could earn less than you do now.

Screenshots of other people's results show what those individuals reported. They are not typical either, and depend on their own offer, skill and effort.

Josh's income figures are stated, not evidenced. He cannot share statements or dashboards from his current role.

Josh may introduce you to people who hire closers. An introduction is not a job offer, and Built Beyond Limits LLC does not guarantee you a role, an interview, or any level of income.

The example weeks on this site are arithmetic to show how ticket size changes pay. They are not anyone's actual earnings.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
