This site is run by Built Beyond Limits LLC ("we"), trading as Built Beyond Limits. We are responsible for the personal data you give us here. Questions or requests: josh@builtbeyondlimits.com.
What we collect
- Your application answers: how long you have been closing, your recent commission, what you close, what you think is holding you back, what you have tried, and whether you can invest.
- Your name, email, phone number and, if you give it, your Instagram handle.
- Your booking: the time you choose and your timezone.
- If you buy: your name, email and the amount paid. Card details go to the payment provider, never to us.
- How you reached us: campaign tags in the link you clicked and the referring page.
Why we use it
- To review your application and decide whether a call is a good use of your time. We score answers automatically to decide whether to show you a calendar. If it says no, you can reply to us and a person will look again.
- To book, prepare for and run your call, and to contact you about it by email, phone or text. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
- To take payment and keep business records if you join.
Under UK and EU data protection law, our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (your application and call), our legitimate interest in running and improving our sales process, and legal obligation for financial records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. These services process it for us, under their own security terms:
- Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database), both in the United States.
- Calendly (scheduling).
- Discord (internal notifications so Josh sees your application and booking).
- Commas / FanBasis (payments).
- A CRM and email or text tools we use to follow up, once set up.
Some of these are outside the UK and EU. Where data goes to the United States, it is protected by the provider's contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Applications and call records: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Payment records: as long as tax law requires, usually 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. California residents can also ask what we hold and ask us to delete it, and we do not sell or share it for advertising. Email josh@builtbeyondlimits.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies to make scheduling work. If we add analytics or advertising tracking, we will ask first and update this page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
